so oh ok here are some ancient install/usage instructions that are missing lots of crap and I really should get round to updating sometime
anyway brah this version - this fucking version - let's call it the Secret Custom Nethead Enhanced Tactical Cyberwarfare Bespoke Edition - adds lots of utterly fucking useless crap, such as:
- hacked user comment history, so the missing 90 fucking % of pages are now visible. YOU COULD BE THE FIRST TO READ EVERY COMMENT ON ALL FIVE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY PAGES OF CAMINANTE NOCTURNO POSTS! ... other than Caminante, I guess. a slight drawback to this fix is that I can only tell to the next-lowest-multiple-of-10-plus-one how many pages there are in total; the last nine links are shown in red to indicate that they may actually be blank.
- adds a Compare Hopper link to user pages, which lets you quickly your compare hopper voting history without having to find a video that someone else has voted on.
- improved the rating summaries on video pages and video list pages (e.g. the main page); also, if you set your user ID (as described below) it is immediately obvious which videos you have rated. the name of the last person to have rated the video is also shown.
- improved the voting summaries for the hopper; also, if you set your user ID (as described below) it is immediately obvious which videos you have voted for/against.
- hopper page improvements: videos with positive or negative total votes made more obvious, especially if there are +5 or +6 votes. also the number of days remaining are shaded in a teasingly erotic manner.
- on individual tag pages, the videos will be resorted so that newer videos appear at the top. this can be disabled or changed so that new videos appear towards the bottom (by editing the script, see below). NB: this is done by ID, which is determined by the date the video was submitted, not accepted.
- you can optionally edit the script* to set your own user ID, near the top - this will make your own name render in bold in the comments etc, and your vote/rating to appear highlighted in the various summaries.
- there's a bunch of other options that can be tweaked or disabled, also - especially notable if you're some kind of colour-blind fucking freak are GOOD_COLOUR and BAD_COLOUR.
- bugfix: in the hopper, won't try to get voting info for multi-part submissions, other than the first one.
- probably other things I forget!
* right-click the Greasemonkey icon in the bottom right corner, select Manage User Scripts, then chose 'poeTV dejerker' and click edit.
